Assistant Manager, Special Assistant to the President / CEO

This job entails managerial responsibility. Applicants will have executive experience or equivalent aptitude. The CEO of our company is a diverse, hard working individual. He focuses heavily on customer service, and the applicant will be expected to solve problems and satisfy customer complaints to the CEO's exacting and award-winning standards. The absolute ability to communicate on a high level with the CEO and then follow through with dissemination of orders to subordinate personnel is required. Ability to manage and, as needed, discipline employees. Applicant should be comfortable with 60's age group CEO, teen age interns, and age twenty and thirty CSR and Technical staff. Ability to manage company benefits plan, health insurance, payroll, and all other aspects of small company office procedures is essential to the success of this person. Salary: Up to $75K annually.

CSR - Customer Service Representative

This individual will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. The following or their equivalent are required: Non-smoker College GPA of 3.5 or better Graduate of Comdial Technical School Qualified and Competent on these software applications: Windows XP, Procomm Plus, MS-Access, MS-Excel, and MS-Word. Salary: $18K - $35K

Field Service Technician

This individual will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. The following or their equivalent are required: Non-smoker College GPA of 3.5 or better Graduate of Mitel SX-2000 Technical School and Qualified and Competent on these software applications: Windows XP, Procomm Plus, MS-Access, MS-Excel, and MS-Word. Salary: $18K - $35K
