Avaya
To Set
Time on Avaya ACS phones:
- Go to Station
10 or 11
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Feature
Button Dial 0 0 (Display should read "Program Extension")
- Press far left-hand
Intercom button two (2) times (Display should read "System
Program")
- Dial "#103" (Display
should read "System Time" + "Data and current time")
- Enter “military
time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. =
1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
- Press the Feature
Button Dial 0 0 (Display should read correct time and date.
- This will exit
programming and put your phone back into normal operation.)
- Finished!
To Set
Date on Avaya ACS phones:
- Go to Station
10 or 11
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Feature
Button
- Dial 0 0 (Display
should read "Program Extension")
- Press far left-hand

- Dial "#101" (Display
should read "System Date" + "Data and current date")
- Enter the date
in the format of MM DD YY. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/04 = "011204" and
this would equal January 12, 2004).
- Press the Feature

- Dial 0 0 (Display
should read correct time and date. This will exit programming and
put your phone back into normal operation.)
- Finished!

Comdial
To Set
Time on Comdial FXII digital phones:
- Go to Station
10
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Intercom
Button (Usually Blue in color)
- Dial * # 0 *01
- Enter the date in the format of YY MM DD. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/03 =
"030112" and this would equal January 12, 2003) THEN, AT
THE same time, AND ON THE SAME LINE, ENTER “military time”
(24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. =
1600)
- Press #
- Press Speaker
- Finished!
To Set
Date and Time on Comdial DSU/DSUII digital phones:
- Go to Station
10
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Intercom
Button (Usually Blue in color)
- Dial * # 0
1
- Enter the date
in the format of YY MM DD. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/03 = "030112" and

To Turn
Night Mode "On" and "Off" on Comdial digital
phones:
- Go to Station
10
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Intercom
Button (Usually Blue in color)
- Dial * # 0

- Press "1" to
put into Night Mode" or Press to put into Day Mode.
- Press Speaker
- Finished!
To Set
Speed Dial and / or Transfer Dial on Comdial digital phones - (This
will transfer a call to Voice Mail, a Car Phone, or anywhere else!):
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press “Options” and “Next” to
reach your choice - - ADIAL (For Buttons) or SDIAL (For Dial Pad
Keys)
- Select “Adial” or “Sdial”
- At “Location” Prompt
= Press Desired Button or Dial Pad Key
- At “Line” Prompt
= Select “0” (For any available line).
- At “Number” Prompt
= Press “Tap”, “Hold” and then dial the
phone number as you would normally
dial it, then press #.
- Select “Save”
- Press "Speaker"
- Finished!
To Check
and / or Set Baud Rate on Comdial digital phones:
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press "Intercom
* # 746 * 15 1 (View Port & Baud) Press "Intercom * #
746 * 15 1 06 (Sets Baud to 2.4kb) Press Speaker Finished!
To Set
Up Voice Mail & Other Buttons on Comdial digital phones:
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press "Intercom

Press 6 + 1st V.M. ATI-D Port.
- Nite: Press
desired button Intercom * # 03.
- Page: Press
desired button, dial Intercom 87.
- Press T/C
- Press Speaker

To Set Time on
Mitel digital PBX phones:
- Go to Attendant
Super Console 1000
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Function

- Press the softkey
under "ATT Function" (F 2 key)
- Press the softkey
under "Set Time" (F 2 key)
- Display should
say, "Enter Time (HH:MM)="
- Enter “military
time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. =
1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
- Press the softkey
under "Set" (F 2 key)
- Finished!
To Set
Date on Mitel digital PBX phones:
- Go to Attendant
Super Console 1000
- Leave the phone
on the hook!
- Press the Function

say, "Enter Date (DD/MM/YY)="
- 5. Enter the
date in the format of DD / MM / YY. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/04 = "120104" and
this would equal January 12, 2004)

under "Set" (F 2 key)
